Information you provide

A project enquiry can include your name, company, work contact details, proposed project and any optional technical, location, budget or timeline information. Required fields are marked. Do not submit confidential drawings, sensitive personal information or third-party personal details in the initial form.

How it is used

Newzone uses your information to review the proposed scope, contact you, prepare an appropriate response and maintain an enquiry record. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Storage and access

Enquiry records are stored in a server-side database. The project team receives a notification through its email service. Access is restricted through the hosting and email account controls; enquiry records are not published on the website. Service providers may process information outside Singapore. Drawings and other technical documents should be exchanged only through a method agreed with the project team.

Website analytics

The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and project-enquiry activity. Form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers and drawings are not sent as analytics event parameters. Analytics can use cookies and device information; your browser’s privacy controls can restrict cookies. A recorded online enquiry and a qualified sales opportunity are measured separately.

Keeping and correcting information

Newzone retains information as needed to respond to the enquiry, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable obligations. Contact the project team to request access, correction or withdrawal of consent, or to ask about retention or handling of your information. Withdrawal may affect Newzone’s ability to respond.
